How do I Enrol?

Domestic students

1. You can download the enrolment application here Fill it in every space and attach:
   • 4 Passport Photos;
   • Proof of citizenship or permanent residency if you are enrolling as domestic student:
     • Copy of your passport (the page with the photo and your visa, if foreign passport); or
     • Copy of you citizenship certificate;
   • Proof of your address:
     • Copy of your driver licence; or
     • Copy of 2 bills with your name on it.
2. Pay $500.00 as enrolment fee:
   • At the post office by drawing a money order to Melbourne Institute of Nails & Beauty; or
   • By Credit Card: Call Melbourne Institute of Nails & Beauty
   • By Cheque to Melbourne Institute of Nails & Beauty
     
3. Post all the above to Melbourne Institute of Nails & Beauty, Como Centre, Crn Toorak Road and Chapel Street. South Yarra Vic 3141

We will contact you by mail with a letter of enrolment and confirmation of the date of commencement.
